The Silk Road Restaurant:
Our Newly refurbished restaurant is able to seat up to 200 diners and can be hired our for weddings,  engagements, special celebrations also can be converted with all IT equipment for conferences and meetings.
The restaurant has a terrace and cane be opened out during the hotter weather or completely closed during cooler months.We have a varied menu consisting of a wide variety of Mediterranean and continental food plus daily specials.
We can cater for most tastes and can design a menu to suit whatever occasion you need. We also offer a Christmas and a New Year Extravaganza with entertainment, food and bar service from early afternoon until the early hours!
Our waiters offer a first class service and the residents bar is open until late to suit the wishes of our guests. The bar offers a wide selection of local wines, spirits and beers to accompany your meal or simply to relax in the quiet elegance of the surrounds.

There is a Turkish night with a 3-course meal and Turkish Folk Dancing/ Belly dancing once a week.

We also have a cinema screen television for showing Films and Sporting Events in the main Bar

Water City Club Terrace Restaurant
Breakfast is often served in the Water City terrace restaurant during the hot summer months offering a cool eatery easily accessible from all hotel rooms.
A wide variety of lunchtime snacks can also be obtained from here with an excellent choice of all your favourite foods including freshly prepared pizza, jacket potatoes and popular burgers and salads and sandwiches.
