VILLA XANTHOS – OLU DENIZ, TURKEY

A beautifully decorated and exceptionally well-appointed villa sleeping 10-12 people is available from May-October. The villa comprises of six large double bedrooms 2 with ensuite facilities, there are also 2 additional bathrooms. There is a large lounge and good cooking facilities in a fully fitted and well equipped Kitchen, and dining area.

There are private balconies attached to some rooms, a communal terrace and private pool in the garden on the ground floor. Additional pool facilities, waterslides, bar, restaurant, entertainment and children’s play area can be accessed at the main hotel Salhan Apart Inn on the main road 200m (10 mins walk) from the villa. All guests staying at the villa are welcome to use any of the hotel facilities at any time.

The main resort centre with 70+ bars, restaurants and shops are 25-35mins on foot, or a few minutes by local mini-bus along the main road. There are taxis 24 hours a day, which can be found on the main road. The beach is approx. 5km from the villa and easily reached by mini-bus in 20-25mins.

There is a package price for the hire of the villa, including:
maid cleaning 2-3 times per week, gardener, gas/electric and Transfers - Dalaman airport.
